Accounts Receivable Clerk

The role of Accounts Receivable Clerk will provide financial, clerical and administrative services relating to all aspects of Accounts Receivable for all Ostojic Group business units, including invoicing, reconciliations, receipt of payments and bank reconciliations.

Please note that commencement for this position will be late August 2019.

The following skills and experience are essential in obtaining and fulfilling this role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • MYOB Experience
  • Strong skills in the use of Office 365 package
  • Cash handling experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to participate as an effective team member and work unsupervised
  • Have a willingness to support other administrative personnel positions when required

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Present themselves in a professional manner
  • Work and communicate within a diverse workplace
